Sizing & Fit
How do I know which size to order?
Measure your dog's chest girth (around the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs) and belly girth (mid-body). Then check our size guide. When you're between two sizes, go up — the six adjustment sliders on each harness give you plenty of room to dial in the fit.
My dog's measurements fall between two sizes. What should I do?
Go up. The harness adjusts down easily. It's much harder to make a harness bigger than it is to tighten one. If you're still unsure, email us at getlupo@gmail.com with your dog's measurements and we'll tell you exactly which size to get.
Is it suitable for all breeds?
Yes. The two-piece design works across body shapes — barrel-chested, long-bodied, narrow-waisted. As long as your dog falls within the size range, the harness adjusts to fit. We've tested it on dogs from Corgis to Great Danes.
Using the Harness
Can I use just one piece at a time?
Yes. Both pieces work independently. If your dog mainly needs rear support, use the rear piece on its own. If the front is the issue, use just the front. You can combine them as your dog's needs change from day to day.
Can my dog toilet while wearing it?
Yes. The rear piece is designed with full belly clearance so your dog can squat and toilet naturally without removing the harness. You don't need to take it off for walks or bathroom breaks.
How do I put it on?
The front piece clips over the chest and fastens with two buckles behind the front legs. The rear piece slips under the belly and clips at the back. First fitting takes about two minutes. After that, most owners get it on in under 30 seconds. You don't need to lift your dog to put it on.
How long can my dog wear it?
The harness is designed for active use — walks, getting up, navigating stairs. We don't recommend leaving it on during rest or sleep. Put it on when your dog needs support, take it off when they're settled.

How long does delivery take?
Netherlands: 1–2 business days after dispatch. Belgium and Germany: 3–5 business days. See our full shipping policy for details.
Do you ship outside the Netherlands?
Yes — we ship across the EU. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. Check the shipping page for your region.
What if it doesn't fit?
You're covered by our 30-Day Fit Guarantee. Try the harness on your dog at home — if the size isn't right, we exchange it for free. If it doesn't help your dog at all, return it within 30 days for a full refund. Contact us at getlupo@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. See our return policy for full details.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery to return the harness for a full refund under our Fit Guarantee. Trying it on your dog indoors is completely fine — just return it clean, with all original parts. EU consumer law gives you 14 days by right; we extend it to 30 because we know this is a considered purchase.
