Return Policy

We want you — and your dog — to be completely happy with your Lupo Dogs harness. If something isn't right, we'll sort it out.

14-Day Return Right

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, with no questions asked.

How to Return

  1. Email us at getlupo@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible and send it to the address we provide.

Condition

Items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition with all original parts included. Harnesses that show signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your harness arrives damaged or with a defect, email us at getlupo@gmail.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
