Refund policy

We want you and your dog to be completely happy with your Lupo Dogs harness. That's why we call it a 14-Day Fit Guarantee: try the harness on your dog at home, and if it doesn't fit, doesn't help, or your dog isn't comfortable in it, return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Trying it on indoors does not affect your return. Just send it back clean with all original parts. Wrong size? We'll exchange it at no extra cost.

Defective or damaged on arrival? Email us with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping.

This is your statutory 14-day return right under EU consumer law, and fitting the harness to your dog does not cost you that right.
